A sun-loving hippie child of the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. 

Samuel Perry grew up in the Blue Ridge where he was steeped in the tradition of Appalachian folk music. After living all over the South working on farms, he brought his skillsets to Colorado where he has been a fixture of the local scenes in Loveland and Fort Collins. 

Drawing from earthly experience of work and travel, he offers a perspective unlike anyone else you might come across. A modern-day Shaman, with a deep love for all life, and equipped with stories of old, imparted to him by life and spirts.
A guitar is a natural companion on such an earthly mission, and with it quickly earned his moniker.

He is one of a founding members of both Busted Coyote Records, and Wesley Scott & The Silver-Dollars.
